• ต้อนรับลูกค้าที่เข้ามาใช้บริการและให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและบริการของ Clarins Spa
• จัดการตารางเวลานัดหมาย ตามการจองของลูกค้า และติดตามลูกค้าเพื่อยืนยันการนัดหมาย
• ติดต่อประสานงาน รับโทรศัพท์ ตอบอีเมล และจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• แก้ไขปัญหาและบริหารจัดการสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้าในการให้บริการลูกค้า

• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์หรือทรีตเมนต์ด้านความงาม
• ความสามารถในการติดต่อสื่อสาร ประสานงาน และจัดทำข้อมูลเอกสาร
• บุคลิกภาพดี มีใจรักงานบริการ และความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
• ความสามารถในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (เช่น Excel, PowerPoint) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• สามารถทำงานตามเวลาเปิด-ปิดของห้างฯได้
