Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up a third-party O&M contractor, EPC contractor, for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• On-site service PV Solar plant up to county.
• Solution seeker for tools and equipment.
• Providing technical support in addition of the O&M contractor and EPC contractor.
• Management of equipment warranties.
• Keeping track of supply and equipment inventories.
• Process Internal Handover: PM to O&M
• Prepare report as assign.
• Coordinate with other departments and parties as required

Qualifications

Education & Licensing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, with a strong preference for Electrical Engineering.
  • Holding an Electrical Engineering License (ใบประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม/กว.) is a distinct advantage.

Professional Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in the Corrective and Preventive Maintenance (O&M) field for Solar PV systems.
  • Direct experience in Solar PV Testing and Commissioning is highly preferred.
Language Proficiency
  • Thai: Fluent / Native proficiency (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
  • English: Professional working proficiency (Intermediate level of business English or higher) with solid communication skills across all modalities.
Core Competencies & Soft Skills
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong capability for organized, structured thinking, paired with initiative and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Resilience: Proven ability to manage complex situations and perform effectively under high-pressure environments.

Mobility & Travel
  • Must possess a valid driving license and a personal vehicle.
