Factory Manager - Thai Summit Autoparts Industry Ltd.

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and oversee our Aluminum Die Casting and Machining manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, productivity improvement, cost optimization, quality performance, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting the company's long-term growth strategy.

• Lead and manage overall Aluminum Die Casting and Machining operations

• Develop production strategies to meet customer demand and plant capacity

• Drive productivity improvement through OEE, Yield, and Cost Management

• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and Automation initiatives

• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer quality requirements

• Lead Smart Factory and Digital Manufacturing transformation projects

• Optimize manufacturing processes and equipment performance

• Manage plant budgets, manufacturing costs, energy consumption, and material utilization

• Lead large cross-functional teams and develop organizational capability

• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the plant

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Aluminum Die Casting manufacturing

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Plant Manager, Factory Manager, or Operations Manager roles

• Strong expertise in High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) processes

• Solid knowledge of IATF 16949, Core Tools, Lean Manufacturing, and TPM

• Proven experience in Automation, Smart Factory, or Digital Manufacturing projects

• Experience managing manufacturing operations with more than 600 employees

• Automotive industry experience is highly preferred

• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Good command of English communication
