• Providing Digital Solution Product information to customers
• Monitoring sales and Sales performance
• Keeping a record of calls and relevant details
• Closing sales deals
• Tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, assist with order processing, and assist with managing customer accounts.
• Monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data.
Qualifications
• Experience as a Sales Administration, Sales Support, Business Operation, Sales Coordinator, Telesales Representative or Customer Service Representative
• Familiar with CRM and MS Office programs; especially in Excel and Power Point
• Good customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to multitask
• Good team player
• Good negotiation Skills
** Able to be in Yearly Contract employee, and can be converted to Permanent in the near future if highly perform.
