Broad function summary
• Lead and manage complex, large-scale process improvement projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct training for Lean manufacturing principle and Six Sigma Tools.
• Set up time studies (Cycle time Taking) and Line balancing, obviously with other lean tools and methodologies.
• Facilitate Kaizen events program and continuous improvement workshops.
Duties and responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive lean projects and improvement activities.
• Provide training and coaching on lean principles to employees.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.3.1 Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or related field.
3.2 Minimum 7 years’ experience pf experience in a manufacturing environment.
3.3 Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles (Value Stream Mapping, Line balance, OEE, Gemba, 5S, RCA) and Six Sigma tools.
3.4 Lead and manage complex, large-scale process improvement projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
3.5 Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, including the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) process, to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable solutions.
3.6 Coach, mentor, and train Green Belts, Yellow Belts, and other team members on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
3.7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all levels of the organization, from senior leadership to the shop floor.
3.8 Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

3.11 Good computer skills (MS. Office, MRP etc.), Minitab
