🔹 Job Description
1. Coordinate patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up visits for rehabilitation services
2. Prepare and maintain medical records, therapy schedules, and related documentation accurately and confidentially
3. Support physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, and nursing staff with administrative tasks
4. Receive and assist patients and families, providing clear information and service guidance
5. Manage phone calls, internal communication, and coordination with other hospital departments
6. Handle billing-related documents, insurance forms, and referral paperwork as required
7. Maintain unit supplies, documents, and filing systems in an organized and efficient manner
8. Input data into hospital information systems and ensure accuracy of patient information
9. Comply with hospital policies, quality standards, patient safety, and privacy regulations
