We are seeking a proactive and well-rounded HR Officer to join our HR team.
The ideal candidate is a local Thai national with 3–5 years of experience in general HR functions. This role requires hands-on involvement in daily HR operations and the ability to support both employees and management effectively in a bilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and execute daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Support and implement HR initiatives related to compensation & benefits, performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for HR-related services and processes.
• Act as a communication bridge between Thai employees and management to ensure alignment and mutual understanding.
• Maintain and update HR documents, employee files, and HRIS systems.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with Thai labor laws and company policies.
• Participate in organizational planning activities, including org chart updates and headcount tracking.
• Assist with HR reports, data analysis, and presentations as required.
