1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
คุณสมบัติ:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 1–3 years for Analyst; 3–5+ years for Senior Analyst.
3. Experience in FP&A, business analysis, audit, or management reporting.
4. Background in FMCG, manufacturing, trading, or distribution industry is an advantage.
5. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
6. Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, dashboards), Power BI, and financial modeling.
7. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred.
8. Understanding of P&L, cash flow, working capital, and financial ratios.
9. High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance teams.
11. Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
