• Understand client needs and provide professional consulting on Digital & ICT Solutions
• Deliver effective sales presentations tailored to each client’s business challenges
• Build, manage, and expand client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, projects, operations) to deliver successful outcomes
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and regular progress reports
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to plan and execute campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience in IT/Technology businesses (preferred)
• Familiarity with Digital Solutions such as Cloud, Network, Software, and Business Applications
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, 27701, and 14001 standards is an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure with a strong team spirit
