• Take full P&L responsibility for the division.
• Set and monitor sales, margin, and profitability KPIs.
• Review and approve key financial decisions, including pricing, promotions, and purchasing.
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis to ensure sustainable profitability.
Strategic Leadership
• Define and execute the overall strategic direction, vision, and roadmap for the Tyre Business.
• Develop business plans and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and profitability targets.
• Identify new growth opportunities, market trends, and strategic partnerships to expand business
reach.
• Drive continuous improvement in commercial strategy, product mix, and channel development.
Operational Management
• Oversee and lead cross-department day-to-day operations to deliver smooth execution.
• Implement effective systems, processes, and performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, procurement cycles, and working capital to maintain healthy
business performance.
People & Organizational Leadership
• Recruit and retain top talent across key functional areas.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with clear accountability and growth pathways.
• Ensure that communication and collaboration flow effectively across departments.
Business Development & Partnerships
• Strengthen the company’s market position by cultivating relationships with key suppliers,
distributors, and retail partners.
• Evaluate and negotiate major contracts, supply agreements, and partnerships.
• Represent the division in strategic meetings, trade events, and industry networks.
