- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables related to warehouse systems and process improvements.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for system implementation and process changes.
- Work closely with the IT and warehouse operations teams to implement and integrate warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies
- Identify areas for process improvement and optimisation within warehouse operations
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate warehouse staff on new systems, processes, and technologies
- Coordinate these activities across all departments, where their input assists in achieving the project's implementation targets.
- Ensure the implemented solution will meet service commitments.
- Ensure compliance with the law and the company’s policies.
- Update project status, report to the executive and senior management following project organization, and escalate any critical issues to the related stakeholders.
- To validate current operational procedures with upcoming business needs and provide recommendations for approach or continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Warehouse or related field
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Project management, strong communication, and collaboration skills
- Strong team player (promotes active cooperation within the team)
- Able to work under pressure and a tight timeline
- Has a personal car, willing to travel for work and be away from home for long periods of time
- Able to work outside of regular work hours, according to supervisor's discretion
