Senio Engineer Level.
Scope: FT and Heat exchanger (EV)
- Managing the internal KPI.
- Rolling the quality by FR board.
- Control and reduce scrap in-house and supplier.
- Supplier improvement and supplier audit.
- Control launch readiness of new program / current.
- Supplier management.
- Customer management.
- 4M Change, to get customer approve the part before shipping.
- Bachelor's in engineering or related field.
- > 2 years in automotive or related field.
- Good command in English and High Proficient in MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949.
- Specific Knowledge: Green Belt (Six-Sigma), Problem solving 8D, Core tool (MSA SPC PFMEA CP, APQP), GD&T, PPAP, DFMEA, IMDS, FR, QC 7 Tool, Internal audit, Internal Procedure need to compliance and Quality mind-set.
- Strongly for problem solving is required.
- Strongly require the communication skill between internal and external, customer and supplier.
- Improvement skill is required.
- Thinking skill when facing with trouble.
- Has the intentionally to improve and learning curb.
- Has the potential to grow with Hanon Systems.
