1.Communicate with suppliers to discuss prices, products, and delivery schedules.
2.Prepare and manage purchase orders to buy goods and materials.
3.Compare prices and negotiate deals to save costs for the company.
4.Work with the warehouse team to make sure goods arrive on time and in good condition.
5.Keep records of purchases and supplier details in the system.
6.Check that products meet quality standards and report any issues.
7.Follow up on delayed orders and solve problems quickly.
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
2.Good command of English speaking, reading, and writing.
3. 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
4.Good negotiation and communication skills.
5.Computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
6.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
