Work location: Playhouse Store at Central Siracha
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring achieving sales targets, outstanding customer service, and maintaining brand standards in visual merchandising and store presentation
- Develop and in-dept understanding of inventory structure, with goal of providing timely support to each customer’s retail inventory
- Drive a shopper experience by leading visual merchandising execution in coordination with marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless integration of global and local brand storytelling
- Manage monthly rosters and daily shift plans to optimize labor efficiency in response to real-time traffic flow, campaign schedules, and sales trends
- Conduct weekly analysis of store performance, generating numerical to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Retail Marketing and VM teams to ensure that all concepts, campaign, and strategy are aligned
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Store Manager, or Area Manager from retail industry
- Have a solid background in sales & operations, a strong passion in retail industry
- Have proven leadership abilities and can create an environment you motivate, develop and bring out the best in our co-workers
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and exhibit passion for the brand and retail industry
- Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
