- Analyze system usage data to improve service efficiency.
- Provide support to the Contact Center team in system usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the IT team and external vendors to resolve issues and enhance system performance.
- Highly responsible and able to work well with others.
- Service-minded and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in IT support or problem analysis.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates with at least 1 year of experience working with Contact Center systems will be given special consideration.
