- Navigate corporate structures to reach decision-makers, specifically HR Directors, IT Managers, and Procurement Officers
- Present the company’s value proposition and solutions to secure discovery meetings or demos
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of activities to meet monthly targets
- Prepare and customize sales presentations tailored to prospects (HR, IT, Procurement)
- Generate preliminary quotations (QO) and proposals during the lead generation stage
- Ensure all documents are accurate, professional, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Accurately record all calls, emails, and interactions in CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Hand over qualified leads to Account Executives with complete context and notes
- Lead Generation Volume: Number of new leads or meetings generated per month
- Lead Qualification Rate: Percentage of leads that qualify to move to the next sales stage
- 0–3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or Telesales (B2B experience preferred)
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in engaging senior stakeholders
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and quotations
- Resilient, positive, and able to handle rejection in high-volume calling
- Familiarity with HR systems and lead generation tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus
