SALES EXECUTIVE (SPECIFYING)
บริษัท กรีนแลม เอเชีย แปซิฟิค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, designers, and contractors.
- Present and promote company products to specifiers in order to get products listed in project specifications.
- Track construction projects from the early design phase through to order closure.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams and technical teams to prepare product information and required documents.
- Prepare customer visit reports, project tracking reports, and monthly sales updates.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities within the project segment.
- Support sales and marketing activities such as seminars, architect events, exhibitions, and product training for specifiers.
- Achieve sales targets, project conversion goals, and KPIs set by the company.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project sales or specifying sales.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of construction projects, building materials, or building systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and preparing business reports.
- Possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Understanding of design development processes and project approval workflows.
- Ability to present technical product information to architects and designers effectively.
- Familiar with Technical Data Sheets (TDS), drawings, and coordinate with technical teams.
- Capable of project mapping and tracking from Pre-design → Design → BOQ → Tender → Construction.
- Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and strong presentation skills.
- Analytical thinker with solid planning capabilities.
- High responsibility and able to work under pressure.
- Market development mindset with strong initiative.
- Car maintenance 12,000 THB
- Fuel expenses limited 10,000 THB
- Bangkok / Unlimited - Upcountry - Actual express way and car park expenses
- Telephone charge limited 1,700 THB
- Sales target achievement starting incentive at 15,000 THB up
- Daily trip allowance 1,250 THB per day (only upcountry)
