-Coordinate and communicate with assigned clients.
-Attend meetings and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure tasks are delegated accurately and efficiently.
-Supervise, coordinate, and control workflow with the team to ensure all work meets required standards and deadlines.
-Provide suggestions for improving team workflows and propose solutions to problems (if any).
-Oversee and supervise on-site installation to ensure accuracy, safety, and timeliness.
-Manage and control project-related expenses to achieve optimal cost efficiency.
-Analyze data and project performance to improve efficiency, develop work systems that reduce errors, and enhance work quality.
-Evaluate the performance of team members under your responsibility.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
****Working Days & Hours:
The position requires working 5 days per week, with the possibility of working on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) due to the nature of event-related projects.
The daily working hours are 9 hours including break time.
Working hours may vary depending on the event schedule and operational requirements.
