- Study and understand the Ari Business, market trends, competitors, football season, Retail Sales, etc., identify marketing direction and strategies that drive brand awareness according to the company goals.
- Work closely with the Brand Manager, Designers, Product Development, and Marketing team to develop marketing projects (Offline, Online) in preparation for brand promotions and product launches.
- Develop visual direction of brand with the Marketing team (mood, tone, CI) to define guidelines and concept development across all channels.
- Develop creative marketing concepts, final approval, and implementation across features and innovation of product, product launch, campaigns, and brand activities.
- Brainstorm and collaborate with the Content Creator and Production teams to develop and produce content that promotes the brand and products across all channels, and report results to improve future production quality.
- Stay updated on the football innovation, new features, and sports trends, etc, to develop marketing strategies and creative concepts aligned with Ari’s brand direction.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
