JOB SUMMARY:
- Focus on study work behavior and determine leader’s ratio to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity with effectiveness 100%
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Study work behavior and determine the appropriate number of leader's ratio based on current layout.
- Study work behavior and determine the appropriate number of leaders when have new line installation.
- Study VA/NVA on leader’s job and find out improvement method.
- Line layout improvement.
- Motion and time study.
- Tracking the actual production capacity, KPI and productivity improvement.
- Suspension Line balancing.
- Other job duties assign.
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering is advantage.
Skill Required:
- Knowledge in IE technique, lean concepts.
- Human relationship skills are a must.
- ACAD and MS project skills are advantages.
- Suspension and electronic work environmental experience is beneficial.
Experience:
- 2-5 years’ experience in Electronic Industrial as external candidate.
