Installation & Service Electrician

Our client provides specialty chemicals, equipment, and services for surface finishing. Their primary business segments focus on Electronics (for manufacturing printed circuit boards, semiconductors, and electronic components found in smartphones and computing infrastructure) and General Metal Finishing (for decorative and functional coatings used in the automotive and general industrial sectors). They are a B2B supplier of advanced surface modification and plating technologies.

For this Installation & Service Electrician (Chinese Speaking):

• Perform on-site system installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for company equipment.
• Provide technical assistance to customers, ensuring smooth and efficient equipment operation.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding system-related issues.
• Deliver professional service to maximize customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
• Execute daily service tasks in accordance with defined processes and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support.
• Prepare and submit accurate service reports to the local Installation & Service Manager.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in equipment installation, maintenance, or technical service roles.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment is an advantage.
• Chinese and Thai language skills are a major
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel for on-site installations and service support
