• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including agreements, contracts, MOUs, NDAs, POAs and other related legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Update business-related laws and regulations to the management.
• Work closely with other departments on collection, litigation, and government relations agencies.
• Co-ordinate with a Thai and foreign lawyer.
• Prepare legal opinions related to the company’s business operations.
• Oversee document control processes, including the preparation, organization, and maintenance of company documents, as well as submitting documents to the CEO for review and signature to ensure accuracy and timely approval.
• Help establish and maintain regulatory and other compliance systems, policies, and procedures in Thailand.
• Lead and support applications for, and continuing maintenance of, payment institutions, payment systems, e-money licenses, and other similar FINTECH-related business licenses in jurisdictions where Financial Product conducts its businesses in Thailand.  
• Other duties as assigned.

1. Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures

2. Experience in drafting and reviewing contract documents.

3. Strong sense of responsibility, enthusiastic and positive attitude.

4. Honest, hardworking, multi-tasking, and able to work under pressure.

5. English and Chinese would be preferred.
