Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Europe Market Sales Manager to lead and expand our international sales operations within the European region. This role will be responsible for developing sales strategies, acquiring new customers, strengthening existing accounts, and driving the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement and manage sales strategies for the European market.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Present products, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales successfully.
Lead, coach and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, QA, Purchasing, Logistics, and Finance to ensure customer requirements and delivery timelines are met.
Monitor sales forecasts, profitability, and market situations; prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide solutions for issues related to delivery, quality, or product inquiries.
