IVICT (Thailand) Company Limited, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, is now looking for high potential candidates to hands-on IT infrastructure and system. This role will be managing the company’s core infrastructure and system and be responsible for maintaining, improving, and securing our server systems including network infrastructure, communication platforms (Microsoft), mobile device management, and ERP-related support. You will play a critical part in building a robust IT foundation for future growth.

* Our major IT system and infrastructure, such as our ERP (SAP) and Microsoft licenses, is provided (or procured) by our parent company, and the parent company handles system changes and maintenance. Therefore, this position do not need to directly handle maintenance of these systems, but instead handle contract procedures and the implementation of changes based on the parent company's requests and instructions. You can also get professional IT support from our group company in Thailand.

Job Scope:

• Design, implement, and manage server and network infrastructure (Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).

• Administer and maintain Microsoft communication tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and etc.).

• Set up and manage mobile device infrastructure, ensuring compliance and security.

• Provide technical support and infrastructure management for the company’s ERP platform, which integrates core business functions such as Finance & Accounting, HR, sales, procurement, and inventory.

• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, including network latency, system uptime, and data backup/recovery.

• Ensure IT security compliance, patching, and access control policies are enforced.

• Plan and lead IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.

• Coordinate with relevant Dept. of headquarters (Parent company), vendors and service providers related to IT.

• Implement headquarters (Parent company)’s policy and projects related IT

• Contract management related above.

• Other assignments by GM/UM.

คุณสมบัติ

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with a strong understanding of server (cloud), network including protocols and firewalls

• Experience in other IT infrastructure and system projects/maintenance such as ERP or accounting system, SaaS, Microsoft 365

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, with a proactive and ownership mindset.

• Good communication skills in Thai and English.
