The Senior Manager, Digital & Performance Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital and performance marketing strategies. This individual will drive sales & audience growth, manage end-to-end projects , leverage data and AI to achieve key business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Execution
- Lead the execution and optimization of all digital marketing and business initiatives, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI for enhanced efficiency and impact.
2. Content Generation & Optimization (SEO & GEO):
- Oversee content creation across various formats (text, video, social), proactively utilizing generative AI tools to accelerate production and refine content. Develop and implement strategies for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and traditional SEO to ensure maximum visibility and reach across diverse platforms and audiences
3. Audience Growth & Engagement:
- Strategically expand the audience base across all digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and community platforms, while implementing personalization strategies.
4. Influencer & Creator Network
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with influencers and content creators across local and international markets. Develop scalable creator programs and track campaign performance to ensure measurable ROI across all collaborations.
5. Campaign Management & Delivery:
- Take full ownership of the marketing action plan, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and measurable results with minimal supervision.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, prioritize initiatives, and achieve integrated marketing goals.
7. Vendor & Freelancer Management:
- Identify, recruit, and manage external vendors and freelancers for specialized marketing tasks, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
