• Recruit a quality team to work with the company.
• Find a way to recruit a team. To have more job applicants through various channels
• Increase Lead generation such as Linked In, job recruitment website, Outsource or various social media.
• Proceed with selecting resumes from various sources. Send to various parties related
• Contact the applicant to make an appointment for an interview. and job interviews
• Confirm employment and check the documents and evidence of new employees
• Carry out documents related to recruiting and hiring, such as preparing employment approval documents and employment contracts.
• Onboarding and orientation
• Prepare documents to be hired as a full-time employee. Notification of group insurance
• Coordinate activities with the university.
• Create a partnership with the university.
• Review and improve the content of process documents obtained from Organization Roadmap (PI Roadmap).
• Perform other tasks as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Professional Experiences5 Year
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruitment and employer branding.
• Demonstrated experience in an HRBP role, providing strategic HR support to business units.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and influence decision-making.
• Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage HR metrics for decision-making."
