1. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team throughout pre-sales and post-sales processes for advertising media.
2. Prepare sales presentations and quotations for sales executives to be used in client proposals and presentations.
3. Support sales executives in managing Agency and Direct clients during site visits at stations, including assisting with work permit applications in accordance with established procedures.
4. Record and maintain new client information, including both Agency and Direct clients, in the company system.
5. Coordinate sales-related documentation with internal departments and relevant stakeholders.
6. Prepare sales contract documentation for management approval and signature, and coordinate contract signing with clients.
7. Prepare sales reports and ensure proper filing and maintenance of all sales-related documents.
