KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Contract Transition & Mobilization
• Support the Transition Manager in executing detailed mobilization plans and site-specific startup tasks.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams on manpower status, interview scheduling, guard selection, and transfer of existing staff.
• Assist with uniform issuance, equipment preparation, documentation packages, and logistics required before site go-live.
• Conduct site walk-throughs to verify readiness of guard posts, reporting areas, welfare facilities, and control rooms.
• Track daily progress against transition milestones and report issues quickly for resolution.
B. People & Training Support
• Assist in delivering site inductions, briefings, and new-hire orientations for guards and supervisors.
• Ensure all transferred guards sign onboarding documents and understand their job duties.
• Support the creation and distribution of Post Orders, Work Instructions, and Duty Rosters for each location.
• Provide on-site coaching and mentoring to guards and team leaders during the initial days of deployment.
• Verify training attendance and maintain accurate training records for mobilization reporting.
C. On-Site Operational Leadership
• Be on-site daily during transition and early stabilization phases to supervise guard performance.
• Ensure all security personnel follow post orders, SOPs, and customer service standards.
• Conduct inspections on uniform appearance, equipment usage, guard positioning, and reporting procedures.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges immediately and escalate concerns to the Transition Manager.
• Conduct daily shift-start briefings to align the team before handover to regular operations.
D. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
• Support the Transition Manager during client meetings, introductions, and site tours.
• Provide operational updates to the client when required, especially regarding manpower readiness and site preparation.
• Assist clients in understanding daily reporting formats, incident escalation procedures, and service standards.
E. Documentation & Reporting
• Assist in preparing mobilization reports, checklists, daily readiness updates, and incident logs.
• Ensure all transition documentation (staff lists, roster files, post orders, guard profiles) is complete and up to date.
• Perform site audits and submit findings to the Transition Manager for corrective action.
