Job Summary :
The Senior Accountant will oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations—covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger—for Reignwood Park’s new construction and trading subsidiary. This role ensures accurate and timely financial transactions, compliance with Thai tax regulations, and alignment with group financial policies. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and system setup for the new business, while providing guidance to junior staff and supporting management in strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Monitor and control daily accounting transactions, including invoice verification, payment approvals, and receivables collection.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and internal guidelines.
• Review reconciliations of bank statements, supplier statements, and customer accounts.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes for AP, AR, and GL.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, WHT, CIT) and coordinate with the Revenue Department when necessary.
• Implement internal controls and accounting best practices to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during audits.
• Support the setup and improvement of accounting systems for the new business, ensuring smooth integration with group financial policies.
• Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff when required.
