Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning & Execution
Plan, organize, and deliver high-profile events such as property launches, lifestyle showcases, sports tournaments, seminars, and corporate functions.
Develop and enhance event concepts and experiences aligned with Reignwood Park’s world-class branding.
Manage logistics, resources, and schedules to ensure flawless delivery of luxury-standard events.
2. Partnership & Collaboration Marketing
Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with luxury brands, media, and corporate allies to enhance event prestige.
Create co-branded event activities and joint marketing campaigns with partners to expand reach and engagement.
Build long-term relationships with strategic partners to continuously elevate Reignwood Park’s brand positioning.
3. Cross-Department & Vendor Coordination
Work closely with PR, MarCom, Sales, and external agencies to align marketing and event objectives.
Coordinate with vendors, talents, and influencers to ensure premium-quality execution.
Oversee joint PR and promotional campaigns with partners for maximum visibility.
4. On-Site Event Management
Lead on-site operations, including registration, attendee engagement, and VIP guest management.
Ensure seamless and exceptional guest experiences, especially for HNWIs and partners.
Manage crisis or last-minute issues with professionalism.
5. Budgeting & Post-Event Reporting
Manage event budgets, negotiate cost-effective yet premium solutions with vendors and partners.
Track expenses, ensure accountability, and maximize ROI from event partnerships.
Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports, highlighting performance, ROI, and partnership value.
6. Innovation & Market Insights
Stay updated on global and local trends in luxury events, partnerships, and experiential marketing.
Recommend innovative event formats and partnership models to keep Reignwood Park at the forefront of luxury lifestyle marketing.
