• Engage actively with partners like Microsoft to cultivate strategic relationships and co-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify, develop, and drive the cloud services pipeline, leading to revenue growth.
• Oversee the cloud services delivery team, ensuring adherence to best practices and exceptional service levels.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to enhance their knowledge base of Cloud services for effective service delivery.
• Design and implement cloud solutions with an emphasis on security, compliance, and scalability.
• Control and optimize cloud service costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and services.
• Drive innovation by staying abreast of emerging cloud technologies and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both prime clients and direct customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their cloud strategies are successfully implemented.
• Produce comprehensive reports on cloud service performance, utilization, and pipeline status for senior management.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
