The firm is seeking a committed, results-oriented Business Developer with a deep understanding of the complexities of legal and financial consulting. In this key role, you will contribute to expanding our network, building key partnerships, and driving brand awareness and lead generation in niche client segments for cross-border business structuring and restructuring.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Network Management & Lead Generation
- Identify and build strategic (Win-Win) relationships with key Referral Partners within the target client ecosystem, such as Big 4 Firms, Private Banking institutions, International Tax Consultants, and foreign Law Firms.
- Act as the primary coordinator to ensure that the company's service offerings align with client needs regarding Corporate Structuring (Holding Co. Setup) and Tax-Efficient Restructuring (Tax Structuring).
- Coordinate joint projects (Joint Initiatives) and develop new revenue streams through continuous network management.
2. Market Analysis & Sales Strategy Development
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitors among complex cross-border enterprises, leading to the development of relevant Service Productization.
- Develop and present compelling service proposals (Proposals) to potential clients and partners, emphasizing the core value proposition of the company's services in mitigating legal risks and enhancing tax efficiency through sound structuring.
- Support internal teams in creating sales documents and tools (Sales Collaterals), highlighting expertise in core services such as Legal and Structuring Planning and Restructure Consulting.
3. Brand Building & Lead Conversion
- Develop and execute strategies for participating in key industry events relevant to the target client base (e.g., International Tax Seminars, Private Wealth Forums) to cultivate an expert image.
- Proactively engage with event attendees and prospective clients to generate high-quality business opportunities, demonstrating an understanding of the complex sales cycle and decision-making process of corporate clients.
- Analyze results (ROI) from branding and sales activities to refine strategies for converting qualified leads into tangible revenue.
4. Strategic Focus & Business Expansion:
- Drive the firm’s future growth engine by identifying "Blue Ocean" opportunities and steering the company towards high-margin consulting sectors.
- Formulate actionable strategies to outperform competitors by leveraging data-driven insights and client feedback.
- Spearhead initiatives to productize consulting services, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency against traditional competitors.
- Build a robust pipeline ecosystem that secures not just immediate wins, but sustainable, recurring revenue for the future.
