1.International Settlement / Finance
-Verify and settle customs clearance fees, logistics costs, port charges, and other import/export expenses.
-Execute international settlement methods such as L/C, T/T, and D/P or D/A according to contracts and trade terms.
-Check supplier invoices against system data (SAP/TMS/OTD) to ensure correct attribution to projects and cost centers.
-Prepare settlement statements and payment plans, monitor budget execution, and manage abnormal expenses.
2.Customs & Export/Import Compliance
-Coordinate with foreign trade and customs teams to ensure smooth customs clearance for vehicle imports and exports.
-Handle full export/import declaration procedures, including documentation, submission, inspection, release, and tax payment.
-Maintain compliance with Thai e-Customs system, HS classification, Certificate of Origin (COO), BOI policies, shipping documentation, and export permits.
-Archive export/import documents and support internal/external audits.
3.Logistics & Cost Control
-Coordinate with port terminals, RDC, and logistics partners for smooth import/export and vehicle pick-up operations.
-Monitor, analyze, and optimize logistics costs such as storage and transportation fees to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
4.Cross-department Coordination & Market Support
-Liaise with factory, finance, planning, sales, and regional teams to ensure smooth operations.
-Provide professional support on import/export policies and logistics operations for market and sales teams.
-Report progress, identify process/system issues, and assist in problem-solving across departments.
