1.Responsible for analyzing and resolving operating system issues, including Blue Screen of Death (BSOD), black screen, system hang, and system crash.
2.Analyze and screen system software compatibility issues.
3.Collaborate with the Research & Development (R&D) team and Vendor Validation Team to identify and clarify root causes of issues.
4.Track known issues and compare related test results across different projects.
5.Study and gain understanding of Microsoft technical specifications, including new features.
6.Communicate and coordinate software-related matters with internal teams, customers, and processor vendors.
7.Possess knowledge of and familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating system architecture and the WinDbg debugging tool.
