1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in application implementation/support.
3. At least one full-cycle ERP/CRM project (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, Sage).
4. Experience with SEO/SEM, Power BI, CMS, LINE OA, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, SharePoint, Forms).
5. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 in an IT professional capacity.
6. Familiar with emerging technologies (IoT, RPA, ML, Big Data).
7. ITIL certification is an advantage.
8. Strong analytical skills, service mindset, good communication, and ability to work under pressure.
