Analyze market trends and competitive insights to continuously refine sales approaches
Define clear KPIs, sales targets, and performance expectations
Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team through regular pipeline and deal reviews
Support team members in complex negotiations and high-value opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers
Actively participate in strategic client meetings and deal closures
Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation and go-to-market initiatives
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities
Understand client business challenges and translate them into tailored technology solutions
Oversee solution presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development
Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and value
Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
Prepare and present regular sales reports and insights to senior management
Identify gaps and implement actions to improve sales effectiveness
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Manage client escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion
Good command of Thai and English.
