As an Overseas Sales Representative or Senior Export Sales Representative, your primary
responsibility will be to expand the company’s international presence by identifying, developing,
and managing new markets. You will be tasked with promoting the company's products and
services to potential clients abroad, building strong customer relationships, and increasing export
sales revenue. This role requires strategic planning, market analysis, and the ability to work in
diverse cultural settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential new markets and target customers.
- Generate and manage leads, establishing relationships with international clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals.
- Collaborate with local partners, distributors, and representatives to maximize sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional post-sale service.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend international trade shows, fairs, and industry events to promote products.
- Prepare required export documentation, ensuring compliance with both company and international regulations.
- Work with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Track sales performance, providing regular reports and market feedback to the management team.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and product demand, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in international or export markets.
- Able to travel aboard for business trip with the team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding of international trade regulations, documentation, and logistics.
- Proficiency in market research and analytics to identify new market opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Fluency in English
