Job description

Support and drive HR & GA initiatives, projects, and employee engagement activities.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, orientation, and employee integration programs to ensure a smooth transition and positive employee experience.
Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including coordinating interviews, processing new hires, and facilitating orientation
Provide guidance to leaders and managers on labor law compliance, HR best practices, and employee relations.
Collaborate with the General Affairs team to ensure smooth office operations, facility management, and administrative support
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR and GA processes and procedures
Assist with the preparation of HR reports and data analysis
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR&GA Manager

คุณสมบัติ

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar HR&GA role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
Strong knowledge of Thai labour laws, HR best practices, and office administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to priorities tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good in Thai and English, both written and spoken
