• Follow and ensure the implementation of safety plans, risk assessments, and control measures specific to MEP-related works (e.g., electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing).
• Ensure all site activities comply with occupational health and safety laws, company policies, and client requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor safe working practices of staff and subcontractors.
• Organize and lead safety training sessions and toolbox talks to promote a strong safety culture.
• Record, investigate, and report incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; analyse root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with relevant government agencies and ensure legal compliance (e.g., Department of Labor Protection and Welfare).
• Monitor and ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety protocols for high-risk activities (e.g., working at height, confined space, hot works).
• Support the implementation of corporate safety programs and initiatives across all active sites.
• Maintain up-to-date safety documentation and participate in audits and inspections.
