1. Create content, write content in various formats suitable for social media to promote
2. Find the right media to coordinate advertising campaigns
3. Taking care of influencers when they arrive and follow up the photos from them
4. Participate in the management of the Company's online media as assigned
5. Responding to customer enquiries and providing hotel information support and affiliates through online channels, TripAdvisor, OTAs, Google and other channels
6. Respond to customer chats from online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Line etc.
7. Coordinate and manage documents. Follow up on financial documents with online media, influencers as assigned
