Salary Budget:
During probation (3 months): THB 12,000 base salary + 25% commission
After probation: THB 15,000 base salary + 30% commission
Average monthly income: THB 60,000–100,000
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00. flexible working hours, as clients may schedule property viewings on weekends (Saturday–Sunday).

Office: Phatthanakan 26, Phatthanakan Road
No fixed requirement to be in the office — work from home or anywhere is allowed.
Daily online KPI tracking.
Required to attend office 1–2 days/week for meetings.
During the probation period, you may be required to attend 2–3 days/week as scheduled.
Transport Allowances: Fuel, parking, and phone allowances provided
Other Allowances: Marketing expenses (online/offline), uniform, training, and learning support
Provide consultation and manage buying–selling–leasing processes for all types of real estate (both buyers and sellers) in the Nonthaburi area.
(Areas are assigned based on expertise and convenience.)
Research and stay up to date on local real estate data to ensure in-depth knowledge of the assigned area.
Advise sellers on sales planning, market updates, pricing, and timeframes for selling properties.
Handle post-sale services — advise buyers, provide property insights, and match suitable listings to clients while resolving issues smoothly.
Coordinate mortgage/loan processes with banks until property ownership transfer is complete.
Present investment deals to the company’s Investor Team.
Provide advice on property refinancing, mortgage, or renovation projects (e.g., renovation, built-in design, maintenance).
Strictly comply with company policies and KPIs.
Follow all laws and regulations related to property sales.
Build trust and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team and use company tools to enhance sales efficiency.
Share information and support teamwork among the sales department.
