Responsibilities:
Payroll Management (Thai / Myanmar / Chinese Employees – approx. 150 staff)
Calculate monthly payroll, overtime, driving allowance, trip allowance, and attendance bonus
Deduct social security contributions and other required deductions
Prepare and submit monthly PND.1 and Social Security filings
Prepare monthly salary summary reports and employee lists
Foreign Labor & Documentation
Prepare and coordinate labor documents for Myanmar employees, such as MOU, work permit renewal, and passport-related matters
Prepare and coordinate visa and work permit documents for Chinese employees
Candidates able to handle visa and work permit renewals for Myanmar and Chinese employees independently will be given special consideration
Those without prior experience may coordinate with existing outsourced service providers
General HR & Administration
Manage the recruitment process: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, candidate selection, and preparing employment contracts
Handle probation evaluations (pass / fail)
Prepare HR documents related to leave requests, promotions, and resignations
Coordinate communication between management and employees (announcements / complaints)
Check and verify employee reimbursement documents before submitting to the finance department
HR System & Documentation Management
Maintain and organize employee personal files and employment contracts
Update employee data in systems such as Excel and FlowAccount
Prepare company announcements such as holidays, policies, and internal HR news
