- Gather and analyze user requirement such as Sales, Purchasing and After-sales service.
- Maintain and support applications.
- Provide functional design and application workflows.
- Coordinate with programmer to implement enhancement or bug fix.
- Test new development and assist with UAT.
- Create document – functional specification, business process flows and user manual.
- Train end-users and support daily operations.
- Work closely with IT and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
- Age not over 35 years,
- Male/Female
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or the other related fields.
- 1 – 2+ years’ Experience in supporting software applications but ERP application is advantageous.
- Able to learn and improve skills for the further achievement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of business process in Sales, Inventory, Purchasing or After-sales Service is advantageous.
