Summary Role
Under the direction of Production Manager and Asst Production manager, the production supervisor ensures overall performance of team to meet objectives such as right quantity in time, quality by leading in safety aspects, sanitation, GMP. Also maximize machine line efficiency with the cost effectiveness.
Key Responsibility
- Develops and improves products quality, machine & labor efficiency, equipment and facilities utilization. Updates procedures and work instructions to comply with all quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, BRC and customer requirement
- Create and support CCI initiatives for cost saving project
- Supervise and communicate to employee and team to ensure all products are in good quality with high productivity. Also conduct the training courses of basic sanitation, GMP and HACCP to staffs. Conduct all KPI through DDS meeting and effective meeting time.
- Empower team members in cross functional problem solving, investigate the root causes and find out corrective and preventive action
- Control and monitoring the actual productivity meet to plan in responsible plant.
- Any special jobs assignment that involved in the responsibility
- Ensure all employ are work with safety culture
- Investigate and improve production variance and DIFOT.
- Support costing and routing for NPD.
- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
- Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant department including quality, Engineer, supporting division and management.
- Cross functional audit and Food safety team.to develop GMP.
