Sales Supervisor
บริษัท อีเทอนัลเรซิ่น จำกัด- Develop and execute business development strategies and market-entry initiatives to drive revenue, increase market share and expand the Chinese and Taiwanese customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze industry trends, market information, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, analyze performance data, and deliver sales plans and reports to management.
- Manage day-to-day customer interactions with local customers and Chinese-speaking customers and overseas customers to support sales activities.
- Plan and develop existing and new products with R&D Department to expand markets and increase sales.
- Plan and coordinate with Sales, R&D, Production, QA, and Warehouse Departments to ensure alignment with customer expectation, smooth order processing, problem resolution, and timely product delivery.
- Assist in negotiation of contracts, proposals, terms, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial transactions.
- Coordinate and evaluate the performance of the sales team and enhance team building.
- Build and maintain relationships with local customers, Chinese-speaking customers and overseas customers to ensure long-term business success and customer satisfaction.
- Translate and interpret Chinese between Chinese-speaking customers and internal teams.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings both locally and overseas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Age between 28–45 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration ,Marketing, International Business/Trade, Science Chemistry, Engineering, or other related fields
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer management.
- Prior experience with Chinese and Taiwanese customer accounts is preferred.
- Experience in the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry is preferred.
- Experience in sales of chemical products and industrial goods is preferred.
- Proven track record in managing international customers and developing export markets.
- Good command of English and Thai is an advantage.
- Proficient in Chinese Mandarin (speaking and writing) with strong business and technical communication skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Able to travel locally and overseas when required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car.
- Experience in an ISO-certified organization
