Sales Executive (พนักงานขาย)

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their needs, analyze space, and provide expert advice on furniture selection and interior styling.
• Create 2D layouts and 3D visualizations to help clients visualize the final setup.
• Select materials, color schemes, and functional solutions that match the client's requirements.
• Present design proposals and close sales for both loose and built-in furniture projects.
• Prepare quotations, manage contracts, and ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain client relationships and network with designers.
• Ensure showroom displays and price tags are accurate and well-presented.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:

• รับบรีฟจากลูกค้า วิเคราะห์พื้นที่ และให้คำแนะนำในการเลือกเฟอร์นิเจอร์ให้เหมาะสมกับสไตล์และขนาดห้อง
• ออกแบบแปลน 2D (Layout) และทัศนียภาพ 3D เพื่อช่วยให้ลูกค้าเห็นภาพการตกแต่งจริง
• เลือกวัสดุ (Materials) โทนสี และฟังก์ชันการใช้งานที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของลูกค้า
• นำเสนอแบบและปิดการขายโครงการเฟอร์นิเจอร์ (ทั้งลอยตัวและ Built-in)
• จัดทำใบเสนอราคา ประสานงานเรื่องสัญญา และดูแลยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้า
• ประสานงานกับทีมผลิตหรือช่างติดตั้ง เพื่อให้งานออกแบบถูกส่งมอบตรงตามแบบและเวลาที่กำหนด
• รักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าเก่า และขยายฐานลูกค้ากลุ่มผู้ออกแบบ
• ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของสินค้าตัวอย่างและป้ายราคาในโชว์รูม

Qualifications:

• Female, LGBTQ+ aged 30 years old and above.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in furniture or home decor is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and professional personality.
• Passionate about interior design and furniture materials.
• Service-minded and goal-oriented.
• Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, or other 3D rendering tools).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design concepts clearly.
• Professional appearance, highly responsible, and effective problem-solving skills.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:

• เพศหญิง, LGBTQ+ , อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาออกแบบภายใน (Interior Design), สถาปัตยกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการออกแบบและงานขายอย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป
• หากมีประสบการณ์จากธุรกิจเฟอร์นิเจอร์ ของตกแต่งบ้าน หรืออสังหาริมทรัพย์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรมออกแบบได้ดี (เช่น AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, หรือโปรแกรม 3D อื่นๆ)
• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และมีบุคลิกภาพที่น่าเชื่อถือ
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและนำเสนอที่ดี สามารถอธิบายแนวคิดการออกแบบให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจง่าย
• มีความสนใจหรือความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการแต่งบ้านและวัสดุเฟอร์นิเจอร์
• มีใจรักการบริการ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันจากเป้าหมายการขายได้ดี
• บุคลิกภาพดี มีความรับผิดชอบ และมีทักษะในการแก้ปัญหาหน้างาน
