หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1. Responsible for managing preventive maintenance by planning and monitoring PM activities according to the schedule for all types of machinery, and analyzing issues/trends to develop predictive maintenance.

2. Responsible for controlling and managing corrective maintenance by inspecting, analyzing, and resolving machine breakdowns, including handling emergency repairs to minimize downtime.

3. Responsible for managing the maintenance team by supervising and monitoring team performance to meet standards, as well as providing training and skill development.

4. Responsible for supporting machine/system improvement projects by participating in planning for new machine installations and enhancing safety control systems and machine efficiency.

5. Responsible for controlling the budget and managing spare parts to ensure adequacy and appropriateness.

6. Responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO requirements such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

คุณสมบัติ

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or other related fields.

2. At least 5 years of experience in machinery maintenance within an industrial factory.

3. Strong knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.

4. Knowledge of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM & PdM).

5. Understanding of maintenance management systems, record keeping, data analysis, and spare parts control.

6. Knowledge of 5S and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

7. Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office and AutoCAD.

8. Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings accurately.

9. Skills in PLC, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Instrumentation & Sensors will be an advantage.

10. Experience in maintaining automated machinery systems (Automation systems).

11. Knowledge of electrical systems and electronic circuits.

12. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills will be considered an advantage.
