1. Procurement Management
- Oversee domestic and international purchasing activities.
- Manage supplier performance (pricing, lead time, MOQ, quality, reliability).
- Negotiate commercial terms and improve cost efficiency.
- Plan purchasing based on production plans and sales forecast to avoid overstock or stock-out.
- Monitor import processes and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
2. Demand & Supply Planning
- Analyze sales forecast and historical demand data.
- Align demand plan with supply plan and production capacity.
- Develop rolling forecast and material requirement planning (MRP).
- Monitor stock levels for raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure optimal service level while minimizing working capital.
3. Production Planning (In-house Factory)
- Understand factory capacity, cycle time, and bottlenecks.
- Develop production plans in collaboration with factory team.
- Monitor production performance and adjust plans accordingly.
- Improve production flow and coordination between supply and factory operations.
4. Inventory & Warehouse Control
- Oversee overall inventory visibility (aging stock, slow-moving, dead stock).
- Establish inventory policy including safety stock levels.
- Reduce inventory carrying cost and improve inventory turnover.
- Work closely with warehouse manager to ensure stock accuracy and proper control.
- Implement reporting tools for stock analysis and decision-making.
5. Team & Cross-functional Management
- Lead and develop procurement and planning teams.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Finance.
- Align supply chain strategy with company business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes.
