ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า

สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้ + Commission

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Supervise daily sales activities, coordinate overall operations and ensure SOP perform
Collect information & perform weekly report to NMT
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to sales consultants.
Monitor individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Coordinate with marketing and dealership management to support promotional activities.
Assist in handling key customer interactions and closing high-value deals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

คุณสมบัติ

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership operations.

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred).

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Professional appearance

• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
