Job Scope:
- To consolidate Marketing and Sales Expense; Fixed Expense Investment [FMI] and Variable Marketing Expense [ VME] .
- Support expense and profit analysis and be able to provide feedback to Sales&Marketing community and generate report to function and management.
Job Description:
- Consolidate fixed expense [FMI] from M&S function for BP ,Forecast, and Actual Timely Basis and generate report.
- Support roles for Variable Marketing expense [ VME] data preparation.
- Correctness FMI and VME actual accrual and reconcile, and generate actual report.
- Generate M&S expense report and profit analysis for M&S function and management.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative task data preparation and adhoc task assigned
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance or related filed
- Good skill in communication and interpersonal
- English Language in communication is advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail imperative
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
